Roster Structure

To ensure greater stability and accountability, all Arsenal teams will carry 24-player rosters, consisting of:

• 22 Field Players

• 2 Goalies

This roster structure is designed to account for circumstances such as injuries, illnesses, family emergencies, and unavoidable conflicts. By building rosters appropriately, we can significantly reduce the likelihood of being forced to cancel tournament commitments while maintaining a competitive environment for everyone involved.

A Fully Competitive Program

Going forward, Arsenal Lacrosse Club will field competitive teams only. This decision is not about excluding players—it is about creating an environment where expectations are clear, commitments are honored, and every team has the opportunity to compete.The reality is that successful programs require commitment from players, families, and coaches alike.

 

Affordability

The annual club fee will be $1,350, (payment options available) which is significantly more affordable than other organizations while still delivering a top-tier experience.

The annual fee will include:

• 2 Fall Tournaments

• 4 Summer Tournaments

Our goal is to continue offering a quality club experience without creating unnecessary financial burdens for families.

Travel

To provide the best competitive opportunities, our tournament schedule will primarily consist of two-day tournaments whenever available. This means that travel and hotel stays should be expected throughout the year. We believe these events provide the greatest value for player development, team bonding, and recruiting exposure.
